* FPGA SATA RAID module: Use FPGA to implement SATA host controller and RAID logic, connect SSDs to embedded system through AXI, PCIe, or SRIO bus. In charge of architecture design, firmware development, linux driver and VxWorks like RTOS driver development.* MPSoC High-speed Data Recorder: In charge of architecture design, firmware, petalinux system and linux driver, application, QT/C++ host GUI development.* SSD Firmware Development: Add customer required features like hidden area, sequential read write optimization etc. into SATA and NVMe firmware.* FPGA Acceleration: Develop a FPGA accelerated QuickFAST like library to parse SSE level2 market information.

Core team member, witnessed the company from a small start-up to acquisition by SMI.* Linux kernel driver development: Host-based PCIe SSD FTL driver, native RAID driver, and management utilities development. Reformed the code base to separate proprietary and GPL codes, built a automatic rpm/deb driver package release script. Participated in Open Channel NVMe SSD development, implemented a QEMU OCS emulator, modified the NVMe driver to support running our host-based FTL on Open Channel SSDs. Done researches on performance tuning for PCIe SSD in various application scenarios: including flashcache, hadoop, kvm, greenplum etc.* Vmware driver development: Reformed the code base to porting the linux FTL driver to vmkernel, passed the Vmware IOVP certification.* Others: Built automatic performance regress test system. Designed and built a massive production testing system to support high volume product shipment. Wrote most of the production documentation including manuals, whitepapers etc. Participated in lots of pre-sales support of key customers.

Participated in a project which aimed to develop a wireless network for high speed railway.Gained hand-on experience on linux kernel network subsystem development.

Used SAS to build scorecard data model based on consumer's credit card, mortgage, car loan records etc., to provide risk assessment for banks in GE.
