Aug, 2011 to present Cummins (China) Investment Co.,Ltd.Mar,2016 to present SQE Managers For SSF&HW&NRP team(including stamping/sealing/plastics/tubes/hose parts and casting&machining parts for after market)Responsibilities:-Work as SQIE for plastic/hose/metal tube suppliers as before.-Lead Virtual team for parts belong to SSF&Hardware team including JVs and Wholly-owned subsidiaries in Cummins China. -Give related supports to Wholly-owned subsidiaries & JV business in Cummins China.-Report whole team’ monthly quality performance and get aligned with management team for daily work.-Coach team member for daily work to solve the bottleneck issue.Performance:1.The metal tube business is increased 4 times since 2011 to 2019 from 1.8M to 9.2M.2.Joint and solved complicated cylinder head gasket leakage issues.3.Develop complicated plastic oil pan（NS6 project） successfully. 4.Lead a 4 member team(with JVs) as the leader to drive supplier improvement project by reducing MNC disruption 47% in 2017.

Senior SQE(for stamping/sealing/plastics/tubes)Responsibilities:-New Supplier Selection with Sourcing team if there is any. -Drawing design review with product engineer and suppliers.-Conduct the APQP activity and supplier APQP audit for VPI projects. -Source release the non-PPAP parts such as the prototypes using in VPI project and samples in Resourcing project.-Conduct PPAP audit and approved PPAP for resourcing and VPI projects.-Monitor and analyze Supplier Quality Performance(OEM, In-plant PPM, SCAR closure days, PPAP past due, etc.) -Give quick response to quality complaint by working with suppliers &verify the defectiveness of corrective action.-Deal with supplier’s change requirement& management.-Address relative training to supplier to make supplier be familiar with quality tool, and follow Cummins’ procedure.-Conduct Annual Process/Product Audit per AOP for SOPed parts. Conduct product safety audit(Prohibited Substance audit) for plating/critical parts.-Support or work with JVs to finish common supplier audit/share supplier’s quality information. Performance:1.Improve tube suppliers welding/brazing quality significantly by introducing supplier following CQI-15/17.2.Stamping Supplier Bankruptcy Crisis on-site team leader and relieved the line down crisis for Cummins.

-Provide the staff with the Kaizen/Lean Manufacturing training -Develop annual CI target for management approval. Work with each department to identify CI projects, and provide support and guidance during the CI implementation. -Optimize the factory layout, process flow & material flow, value Stream, and line balance-Be responsible for the mat-making process and the maintenance of the P6 machine. Contact the machine supplier in Belgium for troubleshooting.-Work with quality engineer to analyze the defective product made by the machine. Give the guidance to machine operators to adjust the machine settings.

-Be responsible for management of stamping, rubber and plastic suppliers.-Frequently visit suppliers to check their process & quality control. -In charge of suppliers’ new product release.-Monitor supplier quality performance and take improvement initiative. Help them to improve cost, quality & delivery performance continually.-Review and check material/component defects detected in IQC or in process. Work with the suppliers to analyze the root cause and take corrective action to meet Midea standards.-Take part in six sigma green belt training in Midea College.
