To improve and optimize the project execution efficiency via logistics calculation and process simulation & modeling; To overall manage the global clients wind towers demand and schedule the delivery based the clients' needs, especially when the factory capacity is over-loaded;Weekly collect & Report to different clients regarding the projects progress to keep the information transparent in between; To monitor the project operation cost to maximize the profit in each project and minimize the unnecessary wate or excessive investment; To support the markting team based on global market situation and propose marketing strategies;Report to the Borad of Directors regarding all overseas projects progress and provide solutions in project management & cost control to maximize projects profit.

Responsible for the quotation to different OEMs and collect their feedback to reach the target price of each party; To monitor on the pricing model and the profit rate to secure the interest of each project; To collect client demand in wind towers, and prepare the marketing strategy according to the board's requirement; To enhance teamwork and cooperating & sharing atmosphere. To cooperate with sourcing team to align with the raw materials current price and estimate its price trend via data mining and analysis.

Documentation check and review for Australian Home Loan Applicants; contact with broker for the insufficiency in the applicants documents submission; pre-check for the credit assessors in compliance signature, validity of all required documentation.

Serving as the EPC Contractor coordinator, coordinate with Sigaporean Owner and Chinese domestic suppliers to meet up with the equipment delivery schedule to Indian Power Plant Site, quality inspections and claiming points; to arrange and schedule inspection points as per agreed ITP for quality inspection and follow up with the NCRs till they are funally closed and accepted by the Owner's Representative; to collect data for inspection pass rate to serve as claiming points for all stakeholders.
