 Lead in continuous improvements, process enhancement and cost reduction programs. Optimize manufacturing processes with focus on semiconductor industry.  Drive and implement all continuous improvement effort, activities and initiatives related to process scope to get process optimization and cost reduction. Drive and implement process management system to fully support customer requirement (internal & external) and new product / process introduction or transfer activities when needed. Drive to spread the introduced new process or quality improvement methodology thru internal & external communication with US corp. and business partner to keep process technical competence in the business.
