 Set up annual continuous improvement plan with Germany Headquarters.  Quarterly B2B self audit and OE assessment for whole plant. B2B and OE improvement action plan and implement. Plant and cell KPI setup, target setup, tracking and control. Plant 5S promotion and regular improvement action plan tracking. Monthly conference call with German team about CI status communication. Cycle time regular tracking and improvement action plan setup and implement. Plant kanban, cell kanban and production line kanban setup and tracking. Plant layout and supply chain rutin review. Lead kaizen team to complete the improvement project. Training and push Lean method in whole LangFang factory.

 Value Stream Mapping setup for whole plant. Create process flow for test department. MiST test platform OEE improvement project, OEE improved from 55% to 60%. ICOS package platform OEE improvement project, OEE improved from 80% to 85%. Package plant production total yield improvement project. Setup standard work for backend molding process.

 Lead in continuous improvements, process enhancement and cost reduction programs. Optimize manufacturing processes with focus on semiconductor industry.  Drive and implement all continuous improvement effort, activities and initiatives related to process scope to get process optimization and cost reduction. Drive and implement process management system to fully support customer requirement (internal & external) and new product / process introduction or transfer activities when needed. Drive to spread the introduced new process or quality improvement methodology thru internal & external communication with US corp. and business partner to keep process technical competence in the business.
