• Participated in four projects until now, three of which were listed companies in Hong Kong while the other one was a large scale private company, the business covers the fields from property investment and sales of natural gas, exhibition organization and project management to provision of securities and forex trading; • Assessed the design, implementation and operating effectiveness of key internal controls over financial accounting, revenue, expenditure, payroll and IT system cycle; • Performed audit procedures to reduce the misstatement of material to an acceptable level; • Prepared compliance report for the licensed companies under SFC and checked the FRR for every month; • Prepared audit fieldwork and made audit adjustment according to the general ledger;• Drafted annual report of the company and prepared audit file;
