- Hold CAAC personal maintenance license-TR.- Responsible to the Customer Support& Services EVP regarding all technical matters within the organization, including workshop activities.- Ensures that the activities performed by the technical staff are in compliance with the Civil Aviation Authority regulations (i.e. PART-145&PART-21) and procedures.- As antenne of PART 21, support and do the trouble shooting on chinese customers about all the technical problems.- Proposes training and conduct any actions that are necessary for compliance to the maintenance operations.- Ensures that all maintenance operations are correctly certified and that records of maintenance carried out are kept safely for a statutory period.- Reports to Customer Support& Services EVP and SafranHE all technical related matters on periodic basis and whenever necessary.- Maintains suitable and appropriate working environment, and that all field and workshop equipments are of serviceable and working condition.- Implements schedules for periodic checks and calibrations of all related tools and equipments. - Makes available the necessary and updated technical documents.- Makes all the purchase orders for necessary tools and consumables purchased.- Liaises adequately with the Commercial and Quality departments.- Notifies Customer Support& Services EVP whenever deficiency emerge that requires his attention in respect of acceptability of standards or SafranHE procedures.- May delegate duties assigned to any qualified assistant as necessary, but this does not relieve the Maintenance Centre of the overall responsibilities.- Ensures that all parts used for the maintenance are conformed to Safran Helicopter Engines specifications and therefore are accompanied with the proper release documents.- Ensures that unserviceable parts at SafranHE China are handled in such a way as to prevent their re-use as serviceable parts.
