Responsibilities include Linux kernel network stack and device driver development, kernel boot up, new kernel version upgrade from 3.14 to 4.19. Implement Linux kernel module/patches to address special need from EricssonIPOS products. Develop and maintain packet IO related common libraries for routing applications.

Project introduction： Provide PMC communicate/store/wireless support for customer developmentTake charge：Take charge of PMC transport OTN/SDH series chips including M5422, PM5450, PM5442, supporting customer’s various issue.Responsible of transport SDH/E1 series, including PM5336, PM5337, PM4358, PM8310 , supporting customer’s various issue.Support customer with chip’s SDK software and hardware issues, and schematic review. Familiar with storage series SAS controller/expander, Raid chips, and Adaptec RAID cards. Provide support to related customer. Cooperate with sales team to investigate new opportunity and provide necessary training to customers.

Project introduction: realize link interface communicate in multicast devices, support lay2 and lay3 switch, and others telecom operation.Develop time: 2009.11 to 2010.7Take charge: ERP (Ethernet ring protect) mode driver develop, control port STP status, realize link backup, prevent broadcast storm. PTP (precision time protocol) mode driver develop, carry timestamp from MAC lay, and adjust OFFSET and DRIFT for chip, so protocol can synchronize the time clock form master and slave device. Take charge for L2MAC unicast/multicast MAC add/delete operation，L2MAC learning/aging的MAC hash table。

Project 1: E8000E 10G high-end firewall TCAM card driverProject introduction: E8000E project realizes the high-end firewall, based on product NE40E, ATCA fabric, made up of MPU master control board, LPU interface board, SPU business board, realizes 10 G transmits rate. Develop time: 2007.10 to 2008.5Take charge: mainly develop TCAM card of ESPU board. ESPU use RMI XLR732 processor, TCAM chip use IDT 75S100020A, my work is that, series download FPGA logic, and lock and initiation CLOCK interface, according PCI interface bus and QDR interface bus operate FPGA logic, to operate TCAM chip, the main VCPU of multicore can add and del ACL entry from TCAM chip,Other VCPUs can look up in TCAM chip.Project 2: SIGV2R1 flexible cardProject introduction: Base on ESPU board, CPU XLR732, use DAPA logic to realize packet transform, and packet deeply analyze. Develop time: 2008.5 to 2008.12Take charge: Develop BOOTROM and the BSP driver for flexible card, boot on power up, program download to RAM, board reset, and interrupt detect, develop driver for PHY BCM5464 and SWITCH 88E1111 chip.Project 3: USG5100 switch cardProject introduction: develop 16GE-4SFP and 18FE-2SFP, Broadcom chip XGS series. Realize packet lay 2 forward. Develop time: 2008.12 to 2009.11Take charge: Mainly develop VLAN module and L2MAC module, VLAN entry create/destroy, add/del port in VLAN. Lay 2 Mac add/delete, create ACL entry tree, and manage Mac address of learning and aging.Develop port module, set port rate/flow/duplex/status.Take charge of RMI XLR516 CPU card BSP maintain and Broadcom switch maintain。

Base on TCP/IP do bottom driver, develop socket programming, the project halfway cancels since the third party X86 single-boards are not stability.Project 3: series port server (ARM) program developProject introduction: Develop the series server/ client/ WEB server, realize the network and series communication.Develop time: 2006.11 to 2007.7Take charge: Under ARM7 44B0 platform, run ucLinux OS, procedure changing series data to network under ucLinux. Modify uclinux core, and transplant YAFFS2 file system for nandflash, draw SCH and PCB board, debug hardware circuit.
