Manage EPI and VDF service team for MtM customer.

Lead tool IQW support in key customer. Feedback customer requirement and arrange company source to solve customer issues and improve tool quality & performance.

1. Semiconductor equipment installation, retrofit and setup.- in charge of Epitaxy, ALD, PEALD system startup in customers like SMIC, HLMC, ASMC, Wafer Works, Simgui, Zing Semi, etc.- Arrange stratup schedule and accomplish in time. Cooperate with spares and customer facility to avoid potential delay. Solve issues in time.- Submit paper works like daily update, startup report, NC report in time.2. Customer support, maintenance and trouble-shooting.- Provide on site and on call support for warranty and service contract. Recover and release tool in time. Can take 24 hours on call, overtime & travel work.- Train new customer, make SOP and PM manual.- Have experience on process tuning.- Be good at data collection and analysis. Can use correct method like KT Matrix, 7 steps to solve issue.- Full experience on mechanism, electric, gas, and vacuum.- Expert on epitaxy tool like E2000 & E3200.3. Improve tool quality and performance- Submit installation report and summary problem with NC. Follow open issue and push improvement.- Install first E2000+ tool. Collect test data and provide suggestion.- Source inspection in FEMS in Singapore. Understand manufacture flow for tool assembly and test.4. Train new engineer.- Train new employee. So that new engineer can understand and adapt Fab environment, join the work fastest.- Assist manager with new engineer apprisal.5. Support spare sales.- When SAP online, help logistic test and operate new system. Attend spare price negotiation.- In charge of related new parts sales and promote. Test new design and maintain customer confidence.
