1、Communicate with customer(1) Have a good understanding of customers needs on products,recommend proper products to them, and BD new customer successfully.(2) Exploit the old customers potential needs sufficiently. Be responsible for the quotation,order receiving to delivery.Take care of customer payments and after sales service. 1、 Fabric:Responsible for the fabric development and bulk production of Target its XHIL.(1)According to the customer's requirement of Composition,Weight,Density etc. to looking for fabric samples.(2)According to the customer's comments to arrange color card,artwork etc to factory to make fabric samples.(3) Arrange and management the sample yardage and bulk production.(4) Check the color and hand feeling of shipping samples.(5) Arrange the fabric test.(6) Coordinating and communicating with some other departments such as garment, designer etc.2、 Garment:Transferred to the garment department to do merchandiser about 1 year.(1) Business trip in Vietnam garment factories, check the sewing of workers, inspection before shipment, translation.Do merchandiser start from Vietnam factories' quotation-Make sample(QC sample,pp sample etc.)-Confirm sample and give comments- Production schedule-Delivery material-Garment bulk production-Book space for shipping- Inspection-Shipment ect.
