I am now primarily responsible for social recruitment for PwC's Sliot consulting and finance positions.

-You Plus is PwC’s first international business training programme in China. It is a 1-month programme focusing on practical applications and consists of classroom teaching and hands-on training. In-depth learning of various professional skills (PPT, industry analysis, etc.).-Design and implementation of projects tailored to the future strategic development of LEGO companies. Worked with group members to plan project content, design implementation ideas and participate in company analysis and field research. The team was responsible for consolidating information and providing feasible solution, and won the “Best Team Award” for the project.

-Handled spring interview arrangements and invitations for Tencent's CSIG; collected interview evaluations; handled spring interview schedule adjustments and changes, worked with the group team with zero errors and was recognised by the company.-Became familiar with the work content of human resources and its processes, and improved resilience. Successfully completed 150 CSIG social recruitments and 200 school recruitments in one week with high quality and zero complaints.
