Represent for Engineering to cooperate with Marketing, Purchasing, Manufactory, Quality Control, and Customer Care for project content and requirement and build project schedule and detailed plan. Drive project moving forward with qualified delivery. 3. Manage development team, coordinate Software, Hardware and Quality resource to make efficient response. Control the manpower cost and project budget. 4. Playing as a PO debuty to manage Engineering team product backlog and priority. 5. Global management, properly and efficient communication with France. Representatives: - New generation of 8 series enterprise IP phones: This is a totally new product (new CPU brand, new mechanical design, new operation system), which is the pioneer of company’s next generation. I was a member of project initialization. Engaged all project activities since beginning, like: reviewed business value, estimated product BOM cost, built development plan and implemented it. - Sustaining of Middle range products: This is a maintaining project, which ensure the manufactory activity and fix bugs from customer site.
