- Focus on Retail channel sales planning for China market, through close partnership with retail management, marketing and merchandising team. Deeper analysis for the roots cause to influence the business action for improvement- Build up daily/monthly/quarterly sales forecast, annual operating plan and long-range plan- Detail data analysis on weekly basis to understand key metrics and performance run-rate on store sales productivity and callout sales risk and opportunities to guide business sales landing on targets.- Set up by-store target through communication with Regional and Area sales managers- Support leadership team on ad-hoc projects with various growth initiatives

- Provide the timely, high quality of monthly review deck.- Lead forecasting and planning cycle. This includes annual plan, 5yr long-range plan and monthly rolling forecast.- Set up tracking system to monitor business trend upside/downside on top-line and bottom-line. - Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to track actual sales, margin and spending. Conduct analysis and identify O&R to drive business to deliver financial commitment. - Lead various simulation analysis for business impact on ad-hoc project- Proactively provide financial analysis information to support business decisions.- Channel profitability analysis, including counter, bargain, distributor and e-commerce- ad hoc analysis

- Lead team and supervise the work quality of team members.- Ensure proper cut off of AP/AR and all related accounts are fully reconciled- Reconcile with customers and work closely with credit team on collections- Improve AP/AR process control- Strengthen intercompany reconciliation

- Gross margin and P&L analysis- On-time submission of the monthly reporting package in accordance with the Corporate schedule- Monthly flux analysis report with accurate and logical explanations- Corp planing- Power User Trainer for Product costing and Accounts Payable- Train all end user for PC and AP for China and Singapore before SAP go live- Help resolve problem for PC and AP a/f SAP go live- GL accountant for 2 legal entities (Holding company and a plant)- Provide financial statements and financial data to outside Ashland- Coordinate and ensure accurate and timely closing- Monthly B/S reconciliation
