In this position I am a member of the Delivery Planning & Support Team. I will be a key actor of the aircraft manufacturing and delivery process and directly involved in the on-time and on-quality delivery targets. I work in a transnational organization with many interfaces within the Delivery Community. My main objective is to lead and monitor the contractual aircraft delivery documentation process before delivery and support Delivery Transactions Managers on their day-to-day mission.My tasks and responsibilitiesDelivery Documentation process:① I gather the documents agreed in the delivery documentation list at time of transfer of title② I establish standard delivery documentation lists per aircraft program and harmonize delivery documentation process across Delivery Centers③ I report back any major and/or recurrent problems④ I provide guidance to contract negotiators on delivery documentation policy during sales campaigns⑤ Perform other tasks as assigned by the department head

2013年11月-2014年1月，我在商务部学习进出口和订单操作, 2014年2月，由于工作需要被调到生产科技文档部，与德国同事一起负责机器说明书方面工作。在短期内我快速掌握了工作内容，同时也学习了SAP/R3，ST4操作系统。我的主要工作内容是：① 与德国同事一起使用(Schema ST4)为天津厂所有机械设备制作说明书② 为天津厂所有机器编译机器文件（SAP+XLS）③ 对所有机器部件拍照存档④ 对说明书进行核对，打印，装订，交付流程，翻译机器测试表⑤ 监管部门耗材采购和库存⑥ 培训部门新员工2018年，德国同事回国，由我独立负责部门工作，并与德国文档部，质检部更密切联系对于新机型工作要求，传达德国会议信息给天津厂相关部门，确保有效和高效的内部沟通渠道，达到新机型系统数据准确性。无论是与中国同事还是德国同事，我们都能很融洽的相处。

From November 2013 to January 2014, I studied import/export and order operations in the Commercial Department. In February 2014, I was transferred to the Production Technology Documentation Department to work with German colleagues on machine manuals. In a short period of time I quickly mastered the work content and also learned SAP/R3, ST4 operating system. There are my relevant key duties.① Creating manuals with German colleagues using (Schema ST4) for all machinery and equipment of BTTCL② Compiling machine files for all machines of BTTCL (SAP+XLS)③ Taking photos of all relevant components④ Publishing documentations (printing, binding, delivering); digitizing QC checklists⑤ Supervising stock of stationary+ procuring⑥ Training new staff to assist the department In 2018, German colleague returned to China and I was given the responsibility of the department independently. I was independently responsible for the department work and closer contact with German documentation department, quality control department for the new model work requirements, convey the information of German meeting to the relevant departments of BTTCL to ensure effective and efficient internal communication channels to achieve the accuracy of the new model equipment data. We get along very well with Chinese and German colleagues.
