Have successively served as photo / implant manufacturing engineer, etch / Ye Senior Manufacturing Engineer, CVD / PVD / CMP chief engineer, responsible for the production and management of the front line. Including production planning, production capacity arrangement, manpower organization and communication with engineering department to achieve daily production goals. Have a deep understanding of the chip process and manufacturing, be able to ensure the continuity of the production work by organizing the production capacity and manpower, and complete the product delivery requirements. Familiar with 6S, field management, lean production, proficient in the use of MES, with 6 years of team management experience.
