Key responsibilities:1. Program management，to participate in all aspects of a program and be responsible for detailed executions.2. Conduct new program quotation，cost analysis and driving cost optimization.3. New product file preparation, cooperate and conduct FMEA ( like as SMT process ;Assembly process ; Testing process ;Package process ….etc)4. Drive early –stage preparation like as manpower, material, machine, methodology, environment, information system and so forth.5. Coordinate New Product Pilot Run execution according to Build Notice & Build Matrix .6. According to PDCA rule to develop action plans to correct out of conditions, support recover plan in timely. 7. As coordinator to host regular (/as needed) program-tracking meetings with the customer and internal account team members to ensure ongoing communication and up-to-date progress/status reporting occurs. 8. Assist in resolving customer issues and complaints, Communicates frequently with customers to help ensure satisfaction with the company and the products.9. Provides performance reporting and analysis for monthly Operations Reviews and quarterly business reviews.Achievement:1. The product lines with SATA/SAS/PCIe were successful introduced to mass production.2. Take first place in the past 5 quarter on customer QBR (Quarter Business Review.) scoring.3. Optimize NPI working flow and shorten NPI build cycle time from on-average 7 days to 4 days.

Key responsibilities:1. Supervise multiple departments , include SMT/PCBA Production, finished goods assembly production, testing production line ,packaging production line, EE Engineering, ME Engineering, Testing Engineering, Trouble-shooting, Planning control , Warehouse management, Manufacturing Technology Center, and take responsibility for overall cost and P&L. 2. Manufacture Division annual budgeting, analysis of budget variances, manage inter-transfer of budget items.3. To draw up KPI (Key Performance Index) for Manufacture Division, also review KPI actual achievement status for subordinations by monthly.4. Follow MPS to conduct production with reasonable resource (like manpower, facilities...etc.), to make sure that the delivery schedule will be achieved on time to meet customer requirements.5. Perform line shut down system to handle production quality issues, take short term or long term solution to keep production line running with good quality. 6. Drive Lean Six Sigma lean manufacturing activities & value engineering activities to increase working efficiency and PPH(PPH: Piece Per Hour) value, raise company’s competitiveness.7. Pursue the better balance both manpower and facilities to achieve capacity forecast request.8. Via re-engineering program to enhance efficiency on warehouse &production, cut off redundant personnel and reduce the waste.Achievement:1. Via leaning manufacturing &Value engineering activities, MFC cost down 25% (0.28USD/Unit) (2008 MFC actual achievement: 1.003 USD/Unit, 2009 Actual achievement: 0.722USD/Unit).2. Unit assembly Productivity improvement 16% (2008 MFC actual PPH:4.99, 2009 Actual PPH: 5.82).3. Via re-engineering programming, cost down 40% of Ware House Labor cost, and cut off 75 redundant people.

Key responsibilities:1. Be in charge of management of Engineering Department, which includes EE( Eelectrical Engineering); ME(Mechanical Engineering), TE(Testing Engineering), TS (Trouble-shooting). 2. Be responsible for new product transfer , and manage and control the new product introduction, solve related problem and technology support, to ensure new product move forward from NPI stage to MP stage smoothly.3. To conduct failure analysis, solution development and problem solving, continue yield improvement and test program and test process optimization.4. Manufacturing process improvement and optimization.Achievement:1. Per adjustment of organizational structure & transform the working function, streamline headcount from 256 to 109, effectively cut down the labor cost.2. Increased product yield from average 94% to 99%.3. Through the industrial engineering technique and production process optimization implementation, effectively reduced the rate of customer complaint, the failure rate was decreased from 13000DPPM to 5300DPPM on average.

1.New Product Introduction (abbreviated NPI): Be in charge of new product transfer from Taiwan to China factory, control the new product schedule and drive each Person In Charge to cooperate and make new product pilot run successfully. 2.Product Engineering (abbreviated PE): Mainly responsibility for failure analysis, take improvement action to decrease failure rate and draw out the corrective plan to improve quality &yield. 3.Control Run Team (abbreviated CRT): Be in charge of the pilot run management for new material, new process, second source, new mold …etc, confirmed ECO(/ECN) releasing schedule, controlled the trial run schedule, collected the yield and conducted failure analysis &debugging, submitted the pilot run report , and disposed the idle material to reduce cost loss after pilot run stage.
