• Support and execute new technologies and processes platform of brand.• Develop new machines and processes to apply the new technologies.• Manage and support the engineering part of Future innovation projects ,design the experiments/testing for new material/machine/mold/process and analyze the data from the experiments/testing to achieve higher efficiency & quality. • Manage the prototyping of all requested samples to a retail level of quality for presentations, evaluation and testing.• Support the transfers of any new technologies to and between LO’s and factories.• Develop the capabilities of supply base to ensure produce new technology developments in a mass production environment. Work on solutions to simplify the process.• Ensures specific Future innovation projects are developed in accordance with the concepts, designs and specifications detailed by the requesters while maintaining an emphasis on feasibility, integrity & timelines. Regularly communicates project status updates to related adidas managers. • Seek innovations from industries outside the athletic footwear industry by researching & visiting non-footwear resources – i.e. innovative companies, industries, research centers and other innovation resources.• Support creation and cultivation of a strong network of local & global material and machinery vendors with adidas’ key material suppliers.• Engineer product for a bulk production environment.• Be market aware within the sports and apparel industry and provide details of any technical advancements in machinery, fabric, fibers, weaving, knitting, synthetics printing, embroidery and general shoe application processes• Understand supplier’s technical capabilities in order to match the right innovation with the right supplier.• Attend technology and machinery trade fairs recommending machinery, applications and technologies that can enhance the quality and/or output of our production

•Communicate with the engineers of Mitsubishi in Janpan on engineering issues, Implement Engineering Change Order from Mitsubishi R&D Center; •Lay out the rear side structure of vehicle body for new vehicle project, and design each part of the structure to qualify the regulations and relative technical requirements(such as requirements of automatic production line); •Responsible for Engineering Part List, Drawing & Releasing Product 2D/3D ; •Support local suppliers on product engineering issues; •Analysis, track and coordinate product quality or production issues, define and implement countermeasures to improve part quality or production in cooperation with quality department and local suppliers.

• Project tracking and responsible for localization process of vehicle body parts, support local suppliers on product engineering issues; • Communicate with the engineers of Daimler in Germany on engineering issues, Implement Engineering Change Order from Daimler R&D Center;• Analysis, track and coordinate product quality or production issues, define and implement countermeasures to improve part quality or production in cooperation with quality department and local suppliers.
