Project lifecycle (PLC) management Program planning: Estimate investment and confirm funding. Form proper program team and resource allocation according to program requirement. Program execution: Lead a cross functional team through the HP LES HW product life cycle to achieve the PLC deliverables for each phase.Communicate program status.Represent the program with all stakeholders.Lead the PMT to deliver great scope on time with exceptional quality.Make sure the program is aligned with organization strategy and deliver desierd benfits.Program Actives and Operation Strategy/Business alignment: Work with marketing owner and core R&D teams drive early program planning activities to demonstrate program goal aligned with organizational goals. As HP-Marvell based products FW/SW solution asset owner, as key contact window responsible for delivering FW & SW with agreed quality in acceptable schedule.Identify the key contact for SW/FW delivery, scope and high-level delivery schedule.Collect SW/FW requirement, Req. dependency and delivery need. Work with SW/FW development team on risk / effort assessment and release plan. Work with HP & Marvell quality team for validation plan and execution.Lead SWAT/discussion for urgent issue. Align team with solution and pursue progress to realize it.Review status with program team stakeholders, propose resolution/mitigations for hot issues. Work with factory associate to assist successful build/ramp.

According to NPI program request, make budget planning for multiple Beta programs activities in R&D fiscal year. Setting up the Beta program according to process and managing the program during the whole Beta running cycle. Manage customers recruitment, choose the most befitting customers to join in the program. Training HP sponsors and Beta customers including testing process and VOC system. Manage execution and tracking issues, customers experience which raised by customers. Qualification/evaluation of current customer database and Beta process, leading process improvement if any. Provide the customer feedback and result to program management team (PMT) and Highlevel management, drive the quality and customer experiences improvement. Achievement:As BPM leading to solve the quality problem of the multiple of HP printers or enhance customer satisfaction. Such as improvement of 100 series printer for printing cooling down issue, reduce customer complaints, saving $2.4 million quality cost, improved customer satisfaction, customer recommended value increases from 4.1 to 4.6(NPS). Founded the new customer recruitment method and process and the improved test management process extend to other project reference, cost saving $100 thousand of R&D budget per year.
