In Charge MTB China new technology category sales

Responsible for sales, retail merchandising and retail operation of all Montblanc retail boutiques in China - Responsible for sales budget / target follow up per region/channel and thorough analysis by channel / category - Coordination with boutiques on all operational matters (lease, telecom, logistic etc) Partner with cross-function team to ensure all operational aspects of the business are organized and maintained at all times.Cooperate with MKT and CRM team to implement effective process and program to approach and entice client to reach a solid relationship.Additionally, being required to drive the execution of new boutique opening and any special projects related to in-boutique process changes.

Drive sales performance and team management of total 5 outlets in China.

Full responsible to drive business and in charge the operation of 190 chain stores and 1 distribution center with 1,500 staffs, annual revenue reached 1.2 billion RMB
