1.Responble to establish Quality Management System and continue improvement to make sure compliance with ISO9001.2.Plan&execute assigned programs from leaning customer requirement to MP, coordinate with cross functional team to define alpha/beta samples'testing cases, do MGR according to project quality control plan& management regulation. 3.Familiar with data analysis tools JMP/Minitab, good understanding of Q7 tools, FEMA, SPC, responsible for project data collection and do quantitative analysis of performance indicators，keep monitor &take corrective actions if any obvious gaps.4. Define product reliability management specifications and supervise their implementation to ensure product reliability meets standard requirements.5. Responsible for multi-national products'certificate include but not limited to FCC/CE/IC/SRRC/MIC/NCC/KCC/WI-FI alliance/SIG, follow up the certificate progress .6. According to JEDEC standards, define product packaging standard and support customization. 7. Conduct regular publicity, training and Q&A to ensure the project stakeholders are familiar with the process, system and tools, and promote the implementation of the QM systems.8.Responsible for Restricted Substance Compliance(RSC) program which includes RoHS、REACH、CP65、MSDS of other necessary regulatory certifications.9. Work with purchasing team to select OEM suppliers，own supplier quality audits, re-audits and drive a Zero Defect mentality, propose corrective action report and follow up.10. Review&approve WIFI/BT module manufacture process、CP、PFEMA and so on to ensure good alignment.11. Routine monthly quality reports to the stakeholders.12. Participate QBR meeting and rate the suppliers.13. Support engineering issues troubleshooting and yield improvement .14. Monitor key process and testing data, drive 8D report for RMA from customer or manufacture issues. Tack issues till close in a timely manner.15. Keep monitor DPPM value to meet DPPM commitment target。

1. Interface closely with design engineers during product development phase and help deliver alpha/beta samples to customers.2. As a contact window, interface with sales and product marketing teams across global sites (US marketing&sales) to ensure accurate product customization.3. Work with FW engineer and hardware engineers to develop the test process and test systems that will be released into production4. Have the ownership of the assigned products including BOM, Test Procedures, Process Flow, SOP, Debug Tree, Test Specfile, Cost Model, Agile related documents, etc.5. Read product data sheet and work with R&D team to define the specification.6. Setup manufacturing testing process, new test hardware and software validation, debug and final released into manufacturing.7. Analyze the gap between customer&internal specification, analyze the yield loss to identify the root cause if they are result from design, process, raw materials or tester repeatability, so as to achieve yield standard of existing MVT and transfer to high volume manufacture (namely mass production).8. Take the lead to get a good management at MFG side for all ECO (engineer change order)9. Support daily production troubleshooting in a timely manner, such as low yield and tester maintain.10. Support R&D team and manage new product qualification to meet product transition schedule, test time reduction for production capacity improvement.11. Continuously focus on test optimization, yield improvement, cost reduction and HPU down.12. Good computer skill (Excel, Word and outlook, JMP/Minitab etc.)13. Know-how of DOE, DMAIC, SPC, etc. engineer tools.
