*Department daily management,coach subordinates,settle issues and standardize the work process.* Responsible for team management,work assigning, and professional skills training to improve subordinates' skills and work quality.* According to the company's strategic objectives, set the annual logistics objectives.* Promote logistics operation, and coordinate cooperation between forwarders and suppliers.*Improve warehouse and logistics system,develop and implement warehousing process and exporting process.* Monitor and adjust warehouse operation,set cargo receiving route, coordinate shipping schedule and delivery schedule of clients.*Supervise and manage third-party logistics providers to improve service quality.*Deal with new projects from overseas customers.*View and analyze the whole logistics operation(land/sea/air transport,storage,etc.) to manage and reduce costs.*Logistics quotation management.

*Daily management of NVOCC department, supervise the logistics operation, approve BL, monitor the performance KPI, and directly report to GM.*Supervise logistics operation of international and domestic transportation and customer support activity.*Lead the team to complete daily operation and analyze exception handling, share experience and preventive measures.*Manage and analyze carriers/forwarders performance and enhance relationship.*Cooperate with international agents for the new project and improve the transport efficiency.*Improve quality of service,also pay attention to cost down.*Update quotation and advise accordingly if any rate adjustment.
