Consolidated financial statements of the company, shipments data report, to submit the monthly report to HQ.4. Accounts receivable & payable management, overseas reconciliation and settlement.5. Assists the auditor to do the annual audit and review the draft audit report, to submit income tax liquidation report and transfer pricing report.6.To issue the resolution of profit distribution of board of directors, for arrange the payment of the dividend to the overseas parent company.7. Foreign currency management, to deal the foreign exchange forward contract with the bank.Admin affairs:1.To instruct subordinates to make the recruitment, to check the new staff entry procedures, staffs leaving procedures.2.To check attendance statistics, overtime wages statistics, payroll list.3.To check the leasing contracts of office and the apartment of foreign staff.4.To instruct subordinate to do the company license changing, and draft the relevant resolutions of the board of directors, shareholders appointment etc..5. To revision of company employee handbook, the formulation of the annual employee welfare budget.6.To be responsible for coordinating the company's anniversary.IT affairs:1.To instruct the subordinates to carry out the network connection of the supplier selection, and check the service contract.2.To check maintenance contract for forwarding cargo system and accounting system.3.To approve the applicaton of the new entry staffs' mailbox address, forwarding cargo system authorization.4.To approve the applciation form of purchasing computer hardware and software of Southern China District.
