Firstly, Flex hire me as my molding experience, I was in charge in NPI of plastic parts. Then, I was involved in other commodities, such as PCB,EE, Metal Parts. In 2018.5, I was promoted as a team leader serviced for one BU.1. Review specification with CFT and clarify with supplier，including dimension, cosmetic and reliability test spec.;2. Review DFM report including Moldflow reporter with supplier and check with customer;3. Monitor the schedule of tooling and involve in the trail run of tooling;4. Audit the process of parts and Audit QS of new supplier and existing supplier;5. Tracking parts by material qualification system to complete FAI/PPAP verified；6. Deal with quality issue of EM parts, review and approve 8D report;7. Monitoring the performance of suppliers by SQPR system monthly;8. Pushing launching CI projects.

AB is a British company (now sold to Koycera).Its main product are electronic sensors supplier to Daimler, BMW, Valeo and so on. Its molding floor is small, so I need to in charge all things related molding, such as setting up molding floor, machine introduce, tooling introduce ( requirements for supplier, involve in train run, set up mass run),maintance and so on. Now, there are 3 Arburg machines, 3 Demag machines and 4 Multiplas machines.1. Resolve the molding issue on the production and deal with the problems by discussing with other department(QE,RD);2. Evaluate the capacity of the molding machine and define molding parameters to keep the production efficiently;3. Establish the molding tooling maintenance plan & support to maintain and improve the molding tooling;4. Involve the new product molding tooling design and development, and validate the new molding tooling 5. Study and master new injection process ( Thermo-setting plastic molding, low-pressure molding)in new project. 6. Execute molding training program to operators and new technicians;7. Prepare and update the PFMEA and WI documents for production department.

1 Be able to solve the problem of mold tooling and improve the quality of plastic parts by checking the structure of mold tooling and plastic parts with the mold design, part design and other departments；2 Undertake the transferred mold from mold design department. Check the mold status, related DR files (DFMEA, Injection conditions, package specification, etc)；3 Leading to implement the mold maintenance project, control the reasonable level of spare parts for mold tooling；4 Participate in the design of the mold. Put forward the possible problems during the production and give some suggestions；5 During some improve or new development cases, evaluate the mold cost and L\T. Design molding with PRO/E and AutoCad ,and send demands to the supplier；6 Check mold inserts and assembly. Then try run, check the important dimensions and first article assurance；7 Learn and apply the new technology in molding with other BUs；8 Leading to implement the C/D project in molding department and master the BOM of each part；9 Assist the molding production department to implement TPM,5S and other projects
