1.Prodution working：1.1 Responsible for routine production management, organize daily production to ensure the implementation of production plan .1.2 Direct Leadership of workers for the his production zones/lines; full scope of people management and development1.3 Manage and monitor key performance index, such as labor losses, daily output, product/material quality, scrap rate, machine up time, direct labor efficiency and etc1.4 Build TPM meeting with members in our team per/month.cooperative with equipment department ,improve OEECarry Out :PST/TT/SFM1.5 Solve and support the problems of technology, quality and production in the process of SOP, climbing and mass production2.Quality working：2.1 Work with logistic to make the monthly/weekly and daily production plan according to the customer order . 2.2 Make necessary communication with technology or the other department colleague 2.3 Responsible for routine production management, organize daily production to ensure the implementation of production plan 2.4 Build new quality system（Volkswagen），having much experiences in area, reduce rate of waste2.5 Building new meeting about QRK，solve problem .2.6 The application of the testing method of the new product measurement with the quality department, the planning of the measurement system and the planning and design of the manual inspection device3.Cutting tool working：3.1 In charge of production output/stock per month ,For a numbers of cutting tool to provide purchase planning3.2 In charge of New cutting tool test 3.3 Technology about cutting tool in production line (Nonstandar cutting tool design)4.training work4.1 Build new team （new project in 2016）4.2 Building new training technology system4.3 Building position about take turn in evey team
