* Lead a designer team of five to deal with all various products packing. Prepare sales sample and mass production delivery.* Define the developed product packing style and material. Create packing solutions including concept, structure and graphics. Complete self-owned brand packing system. Prepare customer packing based on client’s guideline. Solve all packing problem and provide necessary support to factory. The packing style includes PDQ, QP, Corrugated Box, Foam, EPE, Blister, Backer card and so on.* Work with US team to complete product concept and packing. Check the standard of safety requirement and shipment with Engineer and QA team. Evaluate packing proposes, reduce the cost and the risk. Guide photographer to shoot product images and sales video to meet client’s requirement.* Create new product packing style, Update packing standard. Standardize photography quality standard. Set up working flow, Specify document management system.* Train and manage designer team, take full advantage of the human resources according to structure of the team, improve whole team creative sense and working efficiency. Provide necessary support for relevant department. Participate various management and project meetings to coordinate the project process.* Take heavy pressure to accomplish all product exploitation and sales in the situation that company dismissed two team members and had the growth of 30 percent order. The close cooperation with Marketing and US team is so smooth that CEO honors me for my perfect performance and hard work. I got position promotion less than one and a half year.

* Develop engineering sample as client’s requirement. Work with oversea marketing on project specification. Arrange material purchase and transportation packing. Manage all processes of multiple projects and ensure they will be under deadline.* Create structure drawing. Cooperate with supplier and production team to research new material, structure, technology, equipment to reduce labor cost and risk. Test the sample structure and property. Solve problem during mass production and project development.* Arrange material and transportation test, Provide overall shipment packing solution including carton, insert card, pallet and container. Design layout and reduce the carton size to focus on spatial distribution.* Accomplish six largest complicated projects that our company received by then. Register three technological patents about our products.

* Be responsible for packing concept, graphic, structure, market collateral, exhibition design, etc. Related to packing design, packing test, BOM, project following etc.* Work with oversea colleague and product designer to create conceptual Graphic and structure for package. Prepare sample for approval. Work with engineer to provide silkscreen and manage BOM, create product appearance and packing specification.* Cooperate with supplier, verify packing quality and cut the cost, optimize packing, correct potential print and structure problems. Work with QA to do transport test and guarantee packing meet regulation & logistics and standards.* Training new co-workers on color and layout to improve team innovative capacity.* Because of my excellent creative capability, I was appointed to engage in V.Smile, V.Motion, V.Reader, MobiGo, InnoTab primary series packing. Become unique person to get praise from the client and oversea colleague in R&D department. At the same time, I was awarded Vtech Best Visual Design and got training opportunity in Hong Kong.
