Responsible for new project opening evaluation and held the kickoff meeting.Monitor project development process, cost & quality & risk, held advanced meeting/ review meeting in different stages of the project. Make regular report for headquarter.Work with cross-function team members (Purchasing Management, Supply Demand Planner, Quality, Service etc.) to drive whole the project to fulfill the objectives.Work with relative team to secure project budget.Achievement: Handled more than 10 mobile phone projects within three years; Held project review meeting with max 15 internal and external members to coordinate project issues;

 Manage supplier SLA, define the SLA items according to company policy. Monitor supplier service performance, including delivery reliability, quality, issues in delivery etc. Attend regular meetings with suppliers to record the escalations, make action plan and track on improvement. Check procurement parameters, optimize stock level and supply chain procedure. Regular visit and audit suppliers, maintain supplier database.Achievement: Reduced delivery LT from average 20.5days to 15days, increased suppliers’ deliveries from once a week to twice a week, which contributed about $1.5M to Safe Stock reduction; Improved External Supplier Service Rate by 7% within six months; Improved On Time Delivery Rate by 8% within six months.

 Analyze BOM to identify new material list and ask for necessary information from products manager. Release new part list to purchasing team and get price information to make project quotation to product manager. Tracking on delivery for projects, push purchasing team for the supply risks solution. Regular project review meeting holding and data collection, make report to product manager.Achievement: Handle max three projects at the same time; Monitor average 200 parts' supply issue for each project.

 Responsible for material global supply, active PO processing according to the build plan, tracking delivery schedule, payment ect.  Follow-up of the order backlog and re-schedule according to changes in demand. Maximize the optimal allocation from suppliers and optimize the safe stock level.  Tracking on monthly suppliers performance KPI, confirm quarterly quotation with suppliers, make regular report to purchasing manager.  Work with quality team to solve material quality issues, take action to secure material availability once shortage risk happened.
