1) 根据中国会计准则和税收法规，为外资企业管理和准备中方财务报表和税务申报；2) 根据国际会计准则及客户要求，为外资企业准备集团管理报表；3) 协助实施和完善内部控制程序，满足客户的日常经营需求；4) 为客户提供会计和税收的相关建议；5) 审查和监督团队成员的工作；6) 与客户保持良好的合作关系，对客户的需求提供积极回复；7) 协助分公司领导提高团队的会计技术能力。

Cost &Tax1) Daily postings(GL/AP/AR), assist solving AR/AP problem2) Check inventory(raw material/finished goods/WIP) in and out with general ledger, to supervise inventory movements3) Provide analysis report:Margin analysis/production order cost analysis/E&O inventory analysis/PPV/KPI/Saving/Notes etc4) Organize periodical inventory physical count, provide inventory count report and analyze the variance5) Review and analysis excess and obsolete inventory, determine Material Disposition 6) Monthly tax application and tax related issues: VAT reconciliation/ tax rebate process/ annual income tax declaration/ other reports required by tax bureau;7) Apply for tax exemption for Non-trade oversea invoices 8) Provide support in external and internal audits9) Assist finance controller to do analysis report based on her requirements

2005.7-2006.8 AP1) Prepare payment details and deal with Defect Material Return & Replacement issue2) Match invoice and payment in AP module and transfer to GL.3) Check account with domestic and abroad supplier in the end of month.4) Invoice aging report analysis, make AP forecast monthly.2006.9 To 2007.3 AR/FA/TAX:1) Check account with customer by end of month, AR aging report analysis.2) Ensure fixed assets controlled and accounted timely and correctly3) Declare and report tax issue with national & local tax and statistical office4) In charge of the general account issue of a relative company in Shanghai5) Be familiar with the ERP system and operate Oracle software well.
