1. Work closely with Talent Acquisition Team and HRBPs on business recruitment needs, assist during the recruitment process; 2. Prepare for regular Headcount, Turnover Report and other related HR data analysis, provide observation and advise; 3. Lead internal communication magazine as the editor team leader (currently working on the migration to wechat platform); 10. Join in Global WIN(Women Inspired Network) Team and be responsible for the corresponding activities and organize the work in globalwise; 11. Lead regional Annual Employee Engagement Survey as Business Unit Champion in Asia; 12. Assist HRBP in new business integration projects and assist other projects according to needs; 13. Responsible for sales examination and Buddy Program, review regularly;14. Joining Corporation Annual Report for HR part in 2018;15. Support in annual budget projects; 16. Responsible for specific teams and based on business strategy to arrange team buildings;16. Maintain the corresponding HR system as several systems' key user; 17. Responsible for several HR Projects (Site Training Project, HR System Project, etc.)18. Support staff turnover, mobilization, salary adjustment and other staffing in the employment cycle; 19.
