Work Description：Business management including account management, sales management and marketing.• Primarily responsibility is to promote customized software with license to China cable operator, which includes market & product promotion, customized software with license sales, product implementation and deployment and management for whole lifecycle.• Responsible for build and maintain relationship with customer, finding customer’s need in order to open up new marketing and customer.

Work Description：1: IPTV & IP-STB Marketing & Product Manger.2: DTV & Hybird-STB Marketing & Program Manger.3: CDN Marketing & Program Manger.4: Internet TV Marketing & Program Manger.5: Mobile TV Marketing & Program Manger.Act as the centre of technical expertise for IPTV & IP-STB production solution,technical support and delivery.To provide ongoing support to sales, account management, business development, and pre-sales technical support in world-wide IPTV and IP-STB marketing.Act as the role of incorporate strategic and policy development aspects for IPTV & IP-STB production Manage support and delivery team and resources, ensure correct procedures are being followed for IPTV & IP-STB production delivery.Maintain customer relationship with customer key personnel Strong technical knowledge for a broad set of products, technologies and markets and experience in professional services and support. Report To：Director Supervision：10 Annual Income：25 Description：Lead marketing and programteam to exploit China and Asia Telecom marketing.Occupancy rate above 50%. Lead support team to make solution for China and Asia Telecom marketing.Occupancy rate above 50%. Work Description：1:2001-2002 R&D engineer for NGN,Soft-Switch,3G platform, such as 64E1/T1 board, 32E1/T1 board, 2 Stratum/3E standard clock and clock distributed board, Package Engine board, Router ect.2:2002-2004, R&D engineer for IPTV server design, IP-STB design,DTV server design and Hybird-STB design.3:Familiar with Candence,Orcard schematic and Allegro layout tools.4:Familiar with EMC/EMI, UL design he test.5:Familiar with high speed circuit design, such as high speed DDR/DDR2 design.6:Familiar with Audio and Video theory and application.7:Familiar with IPTV,DVB DTV, VOIP theory and appliaction.8:Familiar with WI-FI, Blue-tooth, Zegbee, UWB theory and application.9:Familiar with RF, modulation and demodulation theory and appliaction.10:Co-work with international customers for several years and has planty of experience for marketing development and production prediction.
