1. Participate with project unit (including utility, waste water treatment, ASU, gasification, purification, ammonia) HAZOP/GRA/ARA review and analysis to identify EIS, ensure facility’s risks are properly managed and mitigated2. Develop the PSSR/RFSR checklist for the unit engineering/construction and commissioning 3. Collecting inter/outer of AL reliability flash/RCA/Trip cost report ,building reliability dashboard ,summarizing good practices and lesson learn and implemental action for new project4. Launch the facility assets and equipments file into CMMS, develop and set-up PM module 5. Develop the SOP for typical equipment including rotation machine /piping/heater exchanger/pressure vessel/instrumental routine and overhaul maintenance tasks6. Lead gasifier stoppage maintenance planning and schedule, complied with technical guideline and safety requirements

1. Provide support for variety facility commissioning/star-up and turnaround maintenance 2. Responsible for plant process equipment preventive maintenance and trouble shooting3. Provide support PPO to improve machinery equipment reliability and performance increase.4. Responsible for the maintenance budget control and allocation 5. Manage the SAP maintenance work flow, responsible for the CI benefit counting and input.6. Performance team Safety process and target audit7. Responsible for maintenance organization recruitment and training

1. Responsible for all conveying equipments, coking workshop r equipment inclusive electrical machinery, running gear, air compressor, hydraulic system routine preventive maintenance and overhaul.2. Responsible for workshop equipment parts counting and management recording, formulate lubricating equipment operation procedures.3. Leading plant pressure vessel, piping, relief valves and other special equipment document file creating and archiving program.
