1.作为客户与公司内部各部门沟通的窗口，收集了解客户有关测试标准，与工程师拟定测试项目并报价给客户；2.根据该最终标准建立项目，并安排工程师进行相应测试；协调处理测试过程中存在各种问题；3.有效管理项目变更，确保客户的变更测试要求被及时准确更新给相应工程师；测试完成后发送报告并追回应付款项；4.定期对现有项目进行维护并持续不断优化，维护好老客户；定期宣传推广优惠方案，积极引进新老客户项目；积极回复客户询盘，落实订单；5.为客户不定期定制各种数据分析。

1.Worked as a communication window between internal and external, collect and be similar with the related inspection and audit requirement, coordinate with related internal department to measure acceptability and risks of the requirements, according to the assessment result, talk and align with the customers about the final inspection and audit standard;2.Create the inspection and audit SOP with the technical team, and global operation offices will follow the SOP to do the inspection and audit;3.Arrange the related training for the global operation team to make sure the program go proceed smoothly;4.Timely and effectively manage the program updating to make sure the operation team will follow the newest requirements from client;5.Regularly maintain and optimize the program, for example customize the sample receiving procedure for the Siplec China SL program and request the operation team to follow strictly;6.Making all kinds of customized data analysis per client’s request, for example inspection or audit tracking status, AQL Level analysis, invoice summary and ect;7.Promote company image among customers, maintain relationships for existing customers, develop potential market; participate in customer meetings and seminars, etc;8.Program performance: manage 4 key and top clients (Siplec, LiFung, Pricesmart and Lululemon) whose annual revenue is over $8000K and 15 medium and strategic clients, their revenue status showed as below:Medium programs HD Supply，Caso，English First were generated in 2017 and their annual earnings are over10 percent.Siplec opened a new Cambodia SL inspection program in 2017 and opened a new great China SL inspection program in 2018, and both increased about 5%.Li Fung opened an Action inspection program and increased revenue about 6% in 2018.Lululemon opened IRP training program in 2018 and increased revenue about 7%.Pricesmart increased more than 50 suppliers globally in 2018 and increased revenue about 5%.

Arrange the daily booking work: accept bookings, quote, prepare the related inspection materials, assign the inspectors to do the inspection in factories.2.Be the link and bridge for communication between internal and external, timely and flexibly solve the incidents during the inspections.3.Timely respond client's feedback and deal with the complaints, improve the service quality.4.Accounts receivable tracking service, to maintain good relations with customers, greatly improve the recovery of accounts receivable.5.Respond to any inquiries and questions from clients, maintain the relationship with the existing customers, increase the new marketing, report to the supervisor if nessary.
