1. According to company goal, set up corresponding production target and strategies.2. In charge of the daily work of production, quality, process, engineering, warehouse and HR. Ensure the production task is completed on time with good quality. Control the production cost. Please see below in detail:a.) Ensure the rationality and accuracy of production plan. Ensure the production task is completed on time.b.) Through the implementation of quality management mind and tool, ensure the quality of product. Exposure the quality problems in production and solve them as soon as possible. c.) Leading process department to establish production process and constantly improve it. Improve the production efficiency and safety. d.) Foresee the problems of production and facility equipment. Ensure the engineering department to maintain the equipment with high efficiency. e.) Arrange warehouse department to control the material with high efficiency and accuracy. Ensure the warehouse meet production task with 100%.3. In charge of the team construction of subordinate department. Enhance the communication and cooperation between these departments. 4. Lead HR team to promote the company culture and set up the manufacture department.5. Coordinate with Market and Sales departments to complete company’s long-term and short-term goals in a reasonable way. 6. Assist in completion of quality, environment, health certification as ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO18001 etc. We also have already gotten the product certifications as TUV, CE, CSA, JPEC, PVCYCLE etc. and a variety of the relevant third party certification base on customer and Bank.
