Shared the infrastructure and software release information, simplify the release process, used AngularJS and nodejs. -Responsible for SQL Server database maintenance; managing automatic compilation and deployment of IIS site sites; managing compilation servers and about 200 servers and infrastructure maintenance.

-Independently support the integrated development and release for all products of MAXACD solution, manage the company's software product code server and support product version upgrade and release.-InstallShield is used to independently take charge of the integrated development and testing of products, and perforce is used for configuration management.

-Participate in the R&D of mobile communication solution AltiMobile on IOS platform, use Object-C on Xcode, use multithreading and socket communication technology, complete data and local management of user avatar, add IM function module, etc.-Responsible for R&D of call center system MaxCommunications on the PC platform, using Micorsoft Visual C++.

-Deeply participated in the R&D of common program software, completed the design, development and test of communication protocol named HRCP protocol between interphone and PC in early stage, and was responsible for the development and testing of frequency writing engine, read-write frequency module, communication port adapter component and other components on Windows platform by using VC++.-Independently lead the data definition and management software project, communicate with all stakeholders, analyze the requirements, made demo, and conduct peer review to determine the requirements; carry out outline design; use VC++ to develop software function modules on Windows platform, use access to store data and design, complete coding and testing, release and post maintenance.-It greatly improves the ability to meet customized requirements of each product line of the host, reduces the repeated development of frequency writing software, and saves more than three times the R & D cost.
