 1. Responsible for DYNO and axle test design and verification. Such as design the frame, choose motor and cylinders and so on. 2. Draw 2D drawings and create BOM in ERP system, release purchase orders to vendors, supervise machining procedure. 3. Responsible for meeting customer’s build schedules and quality and delivery targets of prototype products. 4. Follow-up with production assembly, and improve the product quality by the feed back information from operators. Developing improvement plans for product capability. 5. Participate in ISO9001 activities. 6. Interfacing with customers, suppliers, and vendors, solving problems. 7. Teaming with production and quality management teams for continuous improvements. 8. Introduction of technology from American BEP and transform it locally.
