1.Understand latest fashion trend .Recommend suitable vendors to attend order placement meeting2.Do new vendor training .3.Make new factory evaluation.4.Checking with team about development projects.5.Negotiate price and monitor order details and timeline .Ensure a qualified order process and on-time delivery .

Sample stage : According buyer demand , study style / fabric / trims/ workmanship .Choose right suppliers to quote price and make samples .Quotation stage : When receive samples , check firstly then send to buyer . After compare price and samples among suppliers , quote price to buyer . At the same time , inform buyer the estimated production lead time . It is easy for buyer to arrange order planning .Place order stage : Based on order planning , trace samples in time and approve sample details included color ,quality ,workmanship ,measurement ,hand feeling and so on . Bulk production stage : Cooperate with suppliers and QC closely . Predict the potential production problems in early stage and solve problem in time . Ensure bulk meet buyer's standard and deliver on time .

Responsible for American orders ,especially for WALMART orders . Learn fabric /trim knowledge . Well understand buyer order requirements .Contact suppliers closely . Handle whole order procedure from first sample , contract , size set, counter sample ,production . Make the order detail sheet and point out emphasis . It is helpful for suppliers to make the correct sample .
