1. Make training plans according to the necessity. Choose appropriate training categories for different trainees.2. Deliver new or updated procedures for regular & veteran staff. According to needs and arrange soft skill and communication skills training, to ensure provide qualified support for customers.3. Schedule monthly meeting with QA and OM, do analysis for team performances. Also try to come up with solutions for difficulties in customer supports. For the discrepancy in support or review process, try to involve with global teams and internal resources, initiate training for team to make sure staff get a good background for Cisco products and procedures.4. Attend global train to trainer training. 5. Support BO daily workloads, including email, chat and call back requests. Set monthly quiz, make summary for performances.
