-Ensure the timely, accuracy and smoothly for monthly payroll operation;-Enhance the whole payroll process and find out solutions for issue;-Continuous improvement of payroll related practice and processes, implementing advandced skills and tools, reaching efficiency and quality requirements.-Work and support internal and external audit activities;-Monitor payroall CI program, hotline program and other HR project.-keep good communication with HR operation, HRBP, be responsible for related BU cost control, annual review(compensation and benefit)-Coach, metor and develop capabilities for team member.
