In order to perform Supply Chain Management tasks, optimizing the supply chain based on product demand forecasts to ensure timely delivery to customers through production and managing the overall logistics process, it is essential to have a logical way of thinking that can effectively devise potential process improvements from an objective perspective based on a clear understanding of the issues that occur in the overall work procedure, and it is even necessary to have strategy planning skills that can be utilized to organize situational factors and other relevant variables with a comprehensive outlook so that alternative courses of action can be suggested. In addition, effective communication skills are necessary to facilitate smooth business operations with various stakeholders. During Comento’s purchase-related job boot camp, I set up a suitably-sized budget and used internal data sources to successfully configure a purchase operations strategy that could be used to appropriately handle various elements in the given business environment. And as part of the SCM Strategy Proposal Practicum course, I set up themes and targets and analyzed and classified some appropriately-aligned data sources so that I could ultimately devise a more feasibly-implementable strategy.
