[Problem Solving and Communication.]I am working in CentumPremier Hotel in Korea, Pusan since November 2018.I had worked as part-time in Spa-land and department stores in Pusan before joining the hotel. I gained strength in communication with customers and employees, and also problem solving in many situations. Employees in hotel worked with schedule either day or night so, I had to handle a lot of customers in different kind of situations.There is a Bexco in Pusan which is convention center near the Hotel. Huge events held in the Bexco so, most of the people had stayed in the hotel. Eventually, my ability of service and retail increased due to meeting a lot of people including foreigners. I discovered about retail during the part-time jobs. After joining this hotel, I had learnt more about retail including selling rooms, arrange groups from the events in the hotel system, excel, calls and the knowledge of the bookings that customer needs. Covid-19, one of the worst disaster in the World made tourism having difficult time nowadays. However, I tried my best not to fall in this situation and made it through until now with improving my abilities in communication and problem solving.
