My Duties and Responsibilities Take off Quantities from Auto cad drawings and Site measurement as per the Standard Method of Measurement.Abstraction of Quantities and Assist in the Preparation of bill of quantities (BOQ). Preparation of Tender Evaluation, Rate analysis, Price Comparison, and Vendor listing. for subcontractors.Assist senior in the Preparation of Tender Documents (Bills of Quantities, Specifications, Scope of work Etc) and submission.Prepare and support seniors with monthly valuations of work in progress and materials on-site calculations. Preparation & assistance of monthly Payment Application (IPA). & Checking the bill progress with Client. Re-measure and identify variation works and prepare of variation orders sheet (NVO). Assist seniors for make inquiries among different suppliers and quotation negotiations.Preparation Rate analysis of extra items.Checking subcontractor invoices and certifying payments (PC).Coordinate with Client, Site Engineer, and Foreman for any queries regarding project quantities. Assisting in preparation of Final Arcauntelhill avaluation with Cliente and Sub-contractors.

Meet with clients to discuss project requirements.• Review the bill of quantities, specifications, and contracts.• Take off ID, Waterproofing, Blockwork quantities in tender drawings.• Monitoring costs and ensuring adherence to the contract.• Assessing the value of work completed by subcontractors.• Prepare payment certificates for subcontractors.• Prepare tender enquiries to obtain quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.
