I have spent a good part of my life working in health related fields. As a mother of 5 beautiful children I have always wanted what was best for them. Working in the health industry, over time I have come to realize that "big pharma" does not always have the best interest of the people in mind. I began looking for better, healthier ways to live. I have learned a lot about living as naturally as possible, and feeding my body for health and wellness. My desire is to share with everyone who will listen; how to help themselves to better health, how to be their own advocate in their own health care. I have a responsibility to educate people on feeding their bodies naturally and botanically to promote health and wellness, and encourage our bodies natural healing processes to work for us to eradicate disease and illness.
