I was responsible for running and managing a team of 1 in the Watford branch (until it's already decided) closure. I knew when I accepted the job that it was due to close but felt I could make a difference to the last few months of trading. Whilst there it became the top performing branch in the region for 4 consecutive weeks.When it did eventually close Herbert Brown asked me if I would support another branch in then area, where I stayed until I secured the role with Grovebury Cars.
