The 10,000 Black Interns programme is committed to addressing the underrepresentation of Black talent across UK sectors by creating access to high-quality, paid internship opportunities for Black students and graduates. Launched in 2020, the programme opens doors to meaningful careers, enabling emerging talent to enter the workforce with confidence and purpose.
Through collaboration with over 1,300 employers across 35 sectors, participants gain access not only to internships, but also to tailored training, mentoring, and a powerful network of professionals and industry leaders - ensuring they’re supported to succeed, not just placed.
