11T Services is now Sower. 11Twas founded in 2003, based on the notion that, when combined with the expertise of our investors, a solid, consistent strategy can produce continually maximized investment outcomes. Since then, we’ve set ourselves apart by using data to drive management and investment decisions, and our results speak for themselves. In 2024, 11T rebranded as Sower and now focuses investment strategy in three main areas of Commercial Real Estate, Farmland and Ventures. We’re thoughtful in our approach and selective with our clients, only accepting clients for whom we’ve taken the time to help design an investment case and build a long-term strategy to increase their investment performance. Our main obligation is to service real estate related assets in the most effective, successful way. Once we do that, everything else falls into place.
