What We Do We produce premium water to add to your whisky! We carefully and respectfully extract water from Loch Ness, Scotland in small batches. We extract the water directly from Loch Ness early in the morning - it is then filtered, bottled and ready to ship by the afternoon of the same day. Prior to dispatch, every batch is rigorously tested by an independent laboratory to the same exacting standards as the whisky industry. In our opinion, this is the best water you can add to your whisky. Why 126? Our pure water comes from Loch Ness in Scotland, which is the largest volume of water in the UK. The depth of Loch Ness is 126 Fathoms - which is 230 metres. We like the fact the “fathoms” is the nautical term for measuring depth. If you cover the bottom half of 126 in the logo, the Loch Ness Monster appears! Why Loch Ness in Scotland? Loch in Scotland means lake. Nestled between the mountains and great glens of Scotland, the soft water in Loch Ness has been filtered through the ancient rocks for over 400 million years.
