Independently and by accident he discovered a method of infusing water with carbon dioxide after suspending a bowl of water above a beer vat in a brewery in England. It was the year 1767. Our driving force was always the quest for new flavours, new interesting cocktails new ways to cleanse our thirst. And what better way to do that than with carbonated soft drinks. And that became our goal.
