1M1B IPU

The 1M1B-IPU Chapter is a youth-led social innovation club established in 2024 at Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University (IPU), in collaboration with the UN-accredited nonprofit organization 1M1B (One Million for One Billion). The chapter serves as a dynamic platform for students, especially those from the University School of Automation and Robotics, to take the lead in developing innovative, technology-driven solutions to address pressing global challenges. Our club engages students in impactful projects that align with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), with a particular focus on leveraging cutting-edge technologies like robotics, automation, and emerging innovations to tackle issues such as climate change, social inequality, and sustainable development. By participating in the 1M1B-IPU Chapter, students from the University School of Automation and Robotics, along with other schools within IPU, will have the unique opportunity to connect with industry leaders, collaborate on real-world initiatives, and participate in global forums. The club supports IPU’s mission to foster innovation and leadership, ensuring that students are equipped with future-ready skills essential for navigating the challenges of tomorrow’s workforce.
