We're a mobile or desktop app that builds high performance skills and habits during the workday. At 1st90, we understand training shouldn’t be an interruption. It should focus on the actions and behaviors leaders, managers and employees need to take every day to be effective. We believe learning isn’t a one-shot program, but rather an ongoing process delivered when needed and in the flow of work. We break down the complex into bite-size learning, 10-20 minutes in length, delivering key knowledge, tools for taking action, social learning to get practical coaching and advice, and the daily practice in new situations required to build high performance habits.
