236 Property Group was established after reading Rich Dad Poor Dad while serving in the Army back in 2001 then buying an investment property a few years later in 2006 to run our family-owned technology company out of. Located in Frederick, Maryland, 236 Property Group is a real estate investment group that acquires, manages and rents single family and small multi-family residential and commercial properties. Additionally, today, we have a small portfolio of short term rentals including convenient urban locations and a luxury Zen Mountainside retreat in Western Maryland.
The company was founded on the following principles:
1) Never rent a property that you would not live in yourself
2) Renovate each property to a higher quality than the markets requires to attract great tenants
3) Be a great landlord, keep great tenants
4) Build short term rentals with with unique and creative guest experiences
5) Treat tenants, guests, employees, contractors and vendors as I would like to be treated, give back to the community and create opportunities for others.
