4Mativ offers professional advice to business corporations - in a strategic perspective. The company 4Mativ emerged in 1997 based on the desire to create a company whose features would be to offer business development for corporations in a strategic perspective, using the best of both worlds - the Special Operation Forces and the Danish business environment. Today our focus area is, to conduct business-oriented development programs for our clients, based on the application of the concept of "Strategic Alignment" , described in the book of the same name, of which we have acquired the Nordic distribution rights. We also hold the rights to the famous management books: Beating Low Cost Competition, Must-Win Battles & Strategic Analysis And Action. Our trademark is, what we call the "Mental push-up": to find unconventional solutions to complex problems through the use of innovation and creativity. Our core competency is to analyze, plan and solve problems in a systematic and effective manner, but always with an unconventional approach. This special characteristic is based directly on the experiences we have made ourselves as active in the Danish Army Special Operations Forces. The aim is, through application of our theoretical and practical skills, to give our customers a different holistic approach to understanding, and thus design possible solutions to current business, organizational, managerial or personal challenges that are present in the company or in its environment.
