Split was a Washington, DC and Helsinki, Finland-based transportation tech startup focused on moving people efficiently and sustainably in major urban areas. The team was devoted to improving mobility in cities and reducing our collective carbon footprint with innovative transportation solutions.
In June of 2017, Split was acquired by MOIA, a company of the Volkswagen Group, and was integrated into MOIA, serving as the technology engine for MOIA's ride-pooling innovations.
